Managing Director

Ray Hegarty is a managing director with Fifth Third Wealth Advisors, serving clients in New York. With more than 30 years of financial services industry experience, he provides comprehensive wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families, foundations, endowments, and institutional clients. He has extensive experience in portfolio design, asset allocation, and fixed income strategies and works with clients using a coordinated, client-focused approach to deliver expert guidance, experienced money management, and personalized service – all backed by the resources of Fifth Third Bank. Ray joined Fifth Third Wealth Advisors in 2023. Previously, he was a senior wealth manager with BNY Mellon Wealth Management for more than three decades. He serves on the board for the Center for Safety & Change, a nonprofit community organization that provides life-saving services to victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and other crimes in Rockland County, New York.
